Serving Those Who Served
Chi-Town Luv's veteran services program provides specialized, trauma-informed support for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Chicago. We understand that the transition from military to civilian life can be profoundly challenging — and we're here to help every step of the way.
What We Offer Veterans
Veteran Housing Placement
Priority housing placement for veterans, including HUD-VASH voucher navigation and veteran-specific housing units.
Benefits Navigation
Help accessing VA benefits, disability claims, pension, healthcare enrollment, and other entitlements veterans have earned.
Mental Health Support
Referrals and coordination with VA mental health services, PTSD treatment, and peer support programs.
Employment Assistance
Resume support, job training referrals, and connections to veteran-friendly employers across Chicago.
Peer Support Network
Connection to a community of fellow veterans who understand the journey and can provide mentorship and support.
Family Services
Support for veteran families, including housing assistance, counseling referrals, and family stabilization services.
Who We Serve
Any veteran who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces and is experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the Chicago area is eligible for our services. We serve veterans of all eras, branches, and discharge statuses. We do not turn away veterans with other-than-honorable discharges.
